This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to digital products bought directly on https://ziziab.com, operated by Bidisha Bhattacharjee under the name ZIZIAB. These products are delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped, packed or couriered.
1. How You Receive Your Product
As soon as your payment is confirmed:
- a download button appears on the order confirmation page;
- the download link is emailed to the address you gave at checkout; and
- the product is saved in your account under “My downloads”, so you can download it again later.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery is instant. In rare cases of a technical delay it may take a few hours. If you have not received access within 24 hours of a successful payment, email admin@ziziab.com with your order number.
3. Delivery Charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges.
4. Delivery Problems
If your payment was successful but you did not receive your product because of a fault on our side, we will restore your access at no extra cost, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Paperbacks and Kindle Editions
Paperback and Kindle editions of our books are sold and delivered by Amazon, not by ZIZIAB. Their delivery times, shipping charges and returns are handled by Amazon under Amazon’s own policies.
