These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://ziziab.com and your purchase of digital products sold directly on this website, operated by Bidisha Bhattacharjee (“we”, “us”, “our”) under the name ZIZIAB. By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
We sell digital books and other digital products (for example PDF files). The title, format, description and price of each product are shown on its product page. Products sold directly on this website are digital only; nothing physical is shipped.
2. Products Sold on Amazon
Some of our books are also, or only, sold on Amazon (for example as Kindle eBooks or paperbacks). When you click a “Buy on Amazon” button you leave ziziab.com, and that purchase is made from Amazon under Amazon’s own terms, delivery and refund policies. Questions about an Amazon order should be raised with Amazon.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on each product page and at checkout, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and other methods offered at checkout). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
4. Your Account
An account is created for you at checkout so that you can access and re-download your purchases. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for providing an accurate email address.
5. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, your download link is shown on screen, sent to your email address, and kept in your account under “My downloads”. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
6. Personal-Use Licence
When you buy a digital product you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download it and use it for your own reading and reference. You may not:
- resell, rent, share, sublicense or give away the file or your download link;
- upload, post or distribute the file or its content, in whole or in part, on any website, platform or medium;
- copy or republish the content, or use it commercially, without our written permission; or
- remove or change any copyright notice in the product.
7. Copyright
All products and website content are the intellectual property of their author (ANKITA) and/or Bidisha Bhattacharjee and are protected by copyright law. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
8. Health and Information Disclaimer
Our books are for general information and education. They are not medical, financial, legal or professional advice. Wellbeing and yoga content is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or qualified professional; please consult one before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have a health condition, and follow the safety notes in each book. We make no guarantee of any particular result from applying the content.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of a product or the website; and our total liability for any purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
